More Than Words.

you know, some people out there might haven't discovered the actual truth about friendship.. and i used to be one of them. but slowly, things did happen to me, and i have actually believed in them, in my friendship. at times when you can't figure out anything, you want -the only way to please yourself- (is) to hear advices from people who literally understand you, although once i've read advices are like what we ask for when we already know the answer but just wish we didn't. tell me, don't you think it's strange? but that line up there rules. cause when i'm in doubt, i ask my friends.
my what? yes darling, it's my friends.

friendship for me stays for a very long term, it deserves a permanent ink in my heart. i mean like, who can't write a friendship? friendship is everywhere, even it's with your dog, your fish, your teacher, or with those random people out there who recently added you on facebook and you guys just become 'virtual friends'.
(and the last 'friendship' i mentioned up there, happens to a lot of people)
and baby, friendship is NOT affordable. you can't buy friends, and you can't buy their originality for knowing who you really are deep down inside.
let's say someone's disagreeing with what i've said, friends don't know you inside and out, the only one who knows you is your family. different person means different story mate, what can you do about it? what do you say to those who don't have any family members left? the only way they can survive is just be with themselves or with their friends.

see? the same word appeared. friends.

friends could be either the two of you, three of you, or even a dozen of you. i choose my friends because i think i belong with them. we have fun, we spend time, we spend money, we drive ourselves crazy AND lazy, but still, we won't forget the responsibility to study hard. aiming for different faculties means hard work you know. we do fun stuff for our refreshment, but on top of that all, school's the high prior one.
have we messed up? OF COURSE. like, who haven't?! the mess i'm talking about right here can be like issues among us, or even it's just the mess we made.

moreover, the most important thing is being there, all the time.

cause friends don't just call you when they're sad and won't listen to your story.. they'll be there every time!

the strong bonds you've built in your friendship will come to your senses, reacting through every second counts in the rest of your life. these bonds i wrote don't just come up after a 5 minutes convo, but they take a lot of time to figure out. you speak for yourself, don't you feel sad hearing your best friend's crying? don't you feel upset if somebody hurt them? you feeling like protecting, although it is not actually your job, but that's the vibe.

true friends will always tell you the truth, if you smell bad, your breath stinks, or even you look fatter. for me, friends don't always tell things to please us, although the truth hurts sometimes, it is better than to be lied to. stuffs like these usually cause 'issues' but it's better to tell the truth right? everyone thinks so, a white lie won't safe you from falling honey.

oh, the best part. secrets.
we got secret stories too, we got troubles too, we got something hiding in the back of our smiles and laughs.
and true friends are true listeners, true friends don't expect you to be fake; looking differently from your real personality. BUT, true friends wont just get your stories out in public as you told them, once you said it is privacy, then they'd shut up. they wouldn't tell anybody even if it's their boyfriends.
well i don't know about the rest, but secrets ARE secrets.

i have a very strong relationship with my girl friends in high school, they're like my soul mates.
i've been dazzled by the power of friendship in junior high, but i guess was wrong, there's something bigger out there, and thankfully, i've figured it out, and i'm happy enough to know them more than anyone else has ever did.
